About Us

Dataguard was started in 2009 to become the Eastern African distributor of choice for ICT security and communication solutions through development of strong, collaborative and financially gainful partnerships for resellers and product manufacturers. This inevitably helps resellers in the region enjoy superior products to those provided by competitors in the region.

Dataguard has come a long way in such a short period and has grown immensely since its launch in 2009.The company continued to soar in 2010 when it recorded top line revenue growth in excess of
100% positioning itself as a top distributor in East Africa.

In 2011 apart from its concentration on Kaspersky, to meet growing customer needs, Dataguard recently incorporated other solutions like D-link and Cyberoam in its portfolio. This strategic growth has afforded Dataguard a strong position in the market as a leading distributor of choice in East Africa.
